My heart is to serve those struggling with depression, anxiety and OCD. Having a desire to address these issues takes a lot of courage. Researching a therapist already speaks volumes of your resolve. I subscribe to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques which allows us to work together in understanding how you see and approach the world. While we cannot control the world, we have the ability to change how we interact with it and reframe our view of it.
There are a lot of components to finding the "right therapist" for you. I encourage you to find someone that you connect with and will meet you amidst the chaos calling out inconsistencies.
