The truth is, you're not doing anything wrong—you're navigating a world that places a lot of pressure on young women. It's normal to feel lost or overwhelmed. Therapy can help you explore those feelings, gain clarity, and find practical ways to manage anxiety.
I like to use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help my clients do the following: develop psychological flexibility, align their actions with their values, manage emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, enhance coping skills, understand and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
