I work with children and adolescents experiencing low self-esteem, anger issues, anxiety, depression, LGBTQI+, and discrimination. I assist young adults through life transitions and interpersonal issues. My preferred modalities include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy.
