Hi! I’m Kerina, a children’s mental health therapist specializing in working with kids ages 2–16, including neurodivergent children and those with diverse developmental needs. I help children navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, sensory differences, social challenges, self-esteem, and big feelings that can feel overwhelming at home, school, or in relationships. For families interested in more comprehensive support, I collaborate with the speech, feeding, and occupational therapists in my office to help meet each child’s emotional, sensory, communication, and developmental needs.
My approach is play-based, child-led, and neurodiversity-affirming. I provide inclusive, culturally responsive care that honors each child’s unique personality, interests, and way of experiencing the world. Therapy focuses on building trust, connection, confidence, and emotional growth in a way that feels safe and supportive for each child
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming for both children and caregivers. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where children feel understood and families feel supported. Together, we can help your child build confidence, connection, and skills for meaningful growth.
