I have a passion for individuals who wish to discover their true plan and purpose in life. But sometimes there are obstacles, whether conscious or unconscious, that block us from realizing our heartfelt dreams and goals. My greatest desire is for you, my client, to know your value and worth and to help you to grow deeper in knowledge and wisdom of how best to navigate life in ways that promote joy, peace, and inspiration. As part of this process, I teach methodologies that will help you to achieve the breakthroughs you are seeking. I also provide Mental Performance Coaching for pickleball players. I offer treatment, help and support in three areas: 1) Mental Performance Coaching, 2) Life Coaching, and 3) Deep Inner Healing and Spiritual Direction. As a mental performance coach, I help you to overcome obstacles that prevent you from playing your best game. Life coaching, inner healing and spiritual direction will also help you to live your best life!
Pickleball has become the fastest growing sport in the United States. Since 2020, it has grown by 223.5%. The game can be enjoyed by all people, regardless of shape or size, and is enjoyed by most all age groups.
