I provide a safe and relaxed environment to process life’s complications such as substance abuse, relationship issues, phase of life difficulties, anxiety and depression, workplace struggles and more.
I offer individual, relationship and family counseling. My approach is Humanistic and Solution-Focused, I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Theory. I am dedicated to collaborating with each client to determine which approach is the most appropriate and best fit for their goals.
My goal is to make the first steps on your path to change as smooth as possible for you. I encourage my clients to utilize their passions and interests as means of support through self-exploration.
