I draw from attachment-based therapies, sex therapy, PACT, somatic, and psychoanalytic traditions—alongside ketamine-assisted therapy and mindfulness—to uncover the deeper patterns driving pain, trauma, and conflict. I help couples attune to nervous system cues, rewire attachment wounds, and build intimacy through insight, embodiment, and emotional truth.
