I’m a licensed clinical social worker, operating virtually and primarily serving kids, teens, parents, and young adults living in NY and CT. I use evidence-based tools to help build skills for managing emotions, handling stress, and feeling more in control. My goal is to create a space where you (or your child) feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
