I am taking new clients! Trained in EMDR and an integrative approach to therapy primarily using psychodynamic, relational, and emotion-focused approaches. As an adolescent, young-adult, and adult clinical psychologist, I am highly skilled at helping individuals experiencing post-traumatic symptoms, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I also treat individuals with eating and body image, self-esteem, and sports-related issues. I aim to provide a safe space for people to explore issues they may be experiencing, as well as provide helpful, constructive, and practical ways to cope and approach the world.
Reflecting on my own life and my experiences as a psychologist, I have found that the most psychologically transforming and healing experiences have happened within open, safe, and loving relationships. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and sometimes humorous environment where clients can fully explore the issues they are facing.
I trained at Lehigh University and Connecticut College Counseling & Psychological Services, where I provided students with individual & group therapy, and sports psychology and peak performance counseling. I worked at an IOP for alcohol and substance addiction, and psychiatric hospitals providing services to individuals of all ages.
