I believe we all need a little extra support through major life transitions. I believe each person has the answers to what is holding them back, the trick is finding a way for you to discover that yourself. We will do this by evaluating self talk, creating momentum, and honestly discerning what is preventing you from transitioning to your next right step.
I have walked through many transitions in my life. Boundaries were set and altered, communication had to be developed, large life changes demanded new expectations of myself. Along the way, you learn. Professionally, I have close to 2 decades of experience in the field of social service and most enjoy learning about my clients and how they process the world.
