Immediate openings for ages 19 and older! A change would do you good. Change can be difficult AND rewarding. Together we will find ways to overcome obstacles, utilize strengths and begin to find joy again. I treat anxiety, depression, life transitions, changing relationships (and jobs) and other issues throughout the lifespan. I have experience in the areas of substance abuse, caregiver stress and women's health (perimenopause/menopause) and obstacles of mid life. I also have experience in the area of grief. We will collaborate to find solutions that are practical and easily applied. If you put in the work results will come!

Depression, anxiety, life transitions- these are all things that can be treated and improved. I strive to meet you where you are and empower you to make changes in your life. You can start to feel better and utilize the skills I teach skills for your every day life. I am realistic, optimistic and rational. I look forward to becoming part of your journey.
