I am a Vermont-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Central VT. I have been in this field for over 25 years. I take a heart-centered approach to meeting others where they are. I believe in creating an authentic and therapeutic relationship with my clients. I specialize in treating individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-harm, and substance use.
You will be welcomed into a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. My priority is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and understood. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop new coping tools to help you overcome life's challenges.
I work with women of all ages and offer a safe space to support them on their journey. Finding the right therapist is important, so I offer a 15-minute meet-and-greet session. Email me for a prompt response.
