About
Are you wanting to feel better once and for all? Maybe you can't move on from the past or you're worried about your future. If anxiety, panic, or even depression is stealing your joy, I get it. If traditional talk therapy hasn't helped you feel better, it's time to try a new approach to heal at the source of your pain. For 12 years I have refined my approach through professional training and experience in Relational-gestalt therapy and Brainspotting (derived from EMDR) while centering social justice and trauma-informed care.
As a queer-identified and spiritual-identified woman in an interracial, same-sex marriage, I integrate many layers. I work with clients living complex lives. Many communities honor one part of our identity while ignoring the other. In my practice, I actively include all your layers: LGBTQ2S+, BIPOC/QPOC/AAPI, spirituality, Autism, and all other experiences.
Reaching out for support is a tough choice. Will it be too intense? Will they get what I'm going through? Maybe I can just fix it myself. I get it. It's scary to take a chance on a stranger. I have trained intensively for 12 years and my approach is genuine, transformative, and collaborative. Any trust you choose to extend to me is sacred.
