Welcome! My name is Keri Barrett. I'm a licensed clinical social worker in VA and PA. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, focusing on each individual’s unique abilities and inner resources to build resilience and growth. I take a process-oriented style, emphasizing self-discovery and emotional healing through the exploration of personal experiences. Each session is highly individualized, and tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the person, ensuring a supportive and empowering therapeutic journey.
I work with individuals and couples of all ages, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, life stress, anger, grief and loss, as well as self-esteem and confidence challenges.
