About
Are you ready for a change? Do you need a better way to address personal challenges, like depression and anxiety? I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression. I have powerful tools to help you gain control over your mood, help you feel better, and get rid of your anxiety. I care about my clients and believe that teaching them tools and coping skills is an empowering and effective way to help them reach their goals.
My treatment approach is rather direct and rich with techniques to boost your recovery. I treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD-related disorders, phobias, and trauma. I use a rapid treatment modality called TEAM-CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
