My approach is psychodynamic, depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally attuned. I help clients explore how early relationships, cultural histories, and family dynamics shape who they are today. Whether you’re carrying generational pain or the pressure to always be “enough,” depth psychotherapy & EMDR can bring clarity, relief, and lasting change.
Fluent in English, Russian, and Hebrew, I especially enjoy working with individuals whose identities span countries and cultures.
