I’m so happy you’re on this site and thinking about therapy. I am the founder and owner of a group practice. Our professional and personal mindset is to be a lifelong learners. We are always learning from clients, as there is no single approach to therapy. We believe in meeting you where you are, working side-by-side to achieve your goals, and together finding the best path to help you heal and grow.

All clinicians in the practice have diverse training which allows them to pull from various treatment approaches such as CBT and Psychodynamic. This integrative model allows for space in treatment to be collaborative in nature and supportive of you on your therapeutic journey.
