I specialize in working with but not limited to teens, adults and older adults. I have much experience in dealing with grief and issues surrounding immense loss, transition, depression and anxiety. I work in several different modalities and can incorporate CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness and others in an eclectic approach and adapt to your specific needs.
I believe that people have the ability to change if they are willing to do the work. Therapy is hard work and I promise to do my part if you are willing to do your part. I will help you make those changes by finding your voice so that you can live your best life.
