I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR trained therapist using a trauma-informed, solution focused approach. I have experience working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma experiences, life transitions, work challenges, home/life stress, self-esteem concerns, adjustment and relationship issues.
My primary role as your therapist is to be an empathic ear and sounding board. In a curated safe, exploratory, accountable, and judgment free zone we will work together to gain awareness and insight into your emotions, thoughts, patterns of behavior and how they have immobilized you.
