Welcome! My name is Kenzie and I am a therapist here at Wholehearted Healing Collective. I obtained a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Jersey City University. I plan to continue my education at Monmouth University to obtain a Post-Masters Certificate in Social Work for Play and Expressive Therapies. I am passionate about creating and providing a safe and encouraging space for you to heal and embrace transitions. I have had the pleasure of working with a broad spectrum of ages including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual, group, group, and family sessions.
I often incorporate techniques from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as well as holistic techniques such as meditation and breath-work. I am passionate about utilizing various modalities of healing through the here and now to incorporate and introduce you to the practice of mindfulness and mind-body connection.
I aim to incorporate self-care in my everyday life through different outlets such as the beach, exercise (love yoga and pilates!), and baking! Whether it is being with friends and family, getting fresh air, or preparing comfort foods - I have discovered that I feel my best when I make time for what fills my cup!
