I assist individuals who deal with anxiety, stress, & self-identity exploration. I also enjoy working with individuals exploring intimacy issues, reproductive concerns, medical diagnoses (acute & chronic), caregiver stress & spiritual isues. I also work with couples who struggle with communication, lack of trust, and mutual respect. I will teach techniques that will help reduce insecurities & increase connection through my strength-based approach. I aim to help couples move past old wounds, ineffective communication styles, or mismatched sexual needs with appropriate guidance. The tools learned will create an increased connection.
