Therapy IS political. As an openly queer clinician, I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community in Maryland (poly & kink-affirming)! I work well with folx who are experiencing anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I would also be a great fit if you are navigating faith transitions or religious trauma. I believe the best therapeutic work comes from the authentic relationship we build.

I view you as a whole person who is the expert on your own lived experience. I pride myself on tailoring the therapeutic experience to meet each of my client's unique needs. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and person-centered modalities while working through a trauma-informed lens.
Teamwork, humor, and collaboration are foundational to how I approach therapy. If you think we would be a good fit, let's schedule a 15-minute 'vibe check' consultation call.
