There is no greater privilege than to walk alongside someone who is on their mental health journey. I offer telehealth, walk-and-talk, and in-person sessions to adolescents and adults. I particularly help individuals who are struggling with neurodivergence, religious trauma, and identity issues. I believe in cultivating a playful and authentic space where clients can remove their 'masks' and show up truly as themselves. Accepting clients between 10 am - 3 pm!
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I pride myself on tailoring the therapeutic experience to meet each of my client's unique needs. I primarily draw from person-centered, trauma-informed, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks. Additionally, as an openly queer clinician, I am passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community in Maryland.
Teamwork is foundational to how I approach therapy. Let's create goals and reach them together.
