I use experiential interventions like role play, music, art and dramatic acting to help you discover who you are and find out how to express outwardly what you feel inside. I also incorporate somatic based interventions, CBT techniques, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and tend to incorporate humor into sessions as a form of healing.
