I use a trauma-informed approach in my work as well as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help clients work through painful memories and negative beliefs about themselves. My greatest joy in my work is helping clients reconnect with their core self and make decisions from a place of wholeness rather than from anxiety or inner pain.
My therapeutic style is flexible, curious, open-minded, and grounded in the latest research. Adapting to your needs and desires for therapy, I strive to create a space where you can take off the mask you may present to the world and be your true, authentic self.
