Using a holistic blend of trauma-informed, liberation-focused, somatically and relationally grounded approaches, we will focus on creating boundaries, healing experiences of trauma, exploring the ways your life and the broader world have shaped you, release what doesn't nourish you, while resourcing you with community and embodiment. Several theories and paradigms inform my practice, many of which you can see listed in the "treatment preferences" section below. I allow my passion and curiosity to guide me in pursuing new trainings, community discussions, justice work, and other opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Ultimately, my approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and curiosity. I also bring plenty of playfulness, humor, and authenticity into the therapeutic space and encourage clients to do the same. I hope to walk with you in your growth process and help you recognize your inherent strength, resilience, worthiness, and wisdom.
