About
Are you looking for a space that feels safe, authentic, and supportive? Well, I enjoy partnering with young adults, couples, teens, and families as they navigate life transitions and changes. My approach is very relational which focused on the entire person. I believe that with the right skill set, support, and viability; life can become more manageable. I specialize in conflict management, relationships, family discord, mood disorders, school issues, a variety of life transitions, Christian counseling, anxiety, and depression. Working with young men is also a very defined speciality of mine.
I utilize narrative therapy, trauma informed attachment based intervention (TBRI), Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and relational therapy. Please refer to my website.
