About
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate (CSAT-C). My interest in therapy is deeply rooted in the significant role that relationships and friendships have played in my life thus far. I specialize in treating individuals and couples struggling with substance abuse as well as process addictions. I also treat couples and individuals looking to heal from infidelity and betrayal, difficult life transitions such as grief/loss, as well as self-esteem concerns.
My therapeutic approach is systemic, emotion focused and narrative in nature, as I believe authenticity in our daily lives leads to the creation of secure bonds and relationships with others. My educational background and counseling experiences have prepared me to assist others in restoring relationships with self and others.
It is my priority to provide you with a safe, and empowering environment where your voice is heard without judgment. As your therapist, I am a fellow traveler walking with you on your journey toward healing and balance.
