I take a Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered approach. I am certified in TF-CBT and EMDR trained. I have experience with adolescents, emerging adults, new moms and adults experiencing trauma (generational, physical and sexual), anxiety, stress and self-esteem concerns. I have also worked with couples with communication, infidelity and building trust .
My greatest priority is getting to know my clients and building a collaborative and impactful relationship. Climbing that mountain can be turbulent, transforming, and triumphant. I would love to accompany you on this climb because you're worth it!
