While I am a curious and supportive partner in my therapeutic relationships, I also have a range of training and education to support my varied approach. I work with teens and adults of all ages who are looking to find purpose; understand their own past, values, and goals; improve their relationships and build deeper connections; and address mental health challenges from anxiety to grief.
I will create an open, secure, supportive environment free of judgement in which you can be yourself as you are now while building toward a desired version of yourself. We will create goals for you at the start, but adjust them as you make progress - however I will always put your needs and wants first, in terms of focus and where you are in the moment.
