Our clinicians at KYCARDS are experts in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), the gold standard treatment for anxiety and related disorders. Our approach is very structured, has proven effectiveness, and takes place both in the office and in "real world" settings (home, mall, outside, etc).
We provide intensive exposure and ritual prevention (ERP) treatment for OCD, Prolonged and Exposure Therapy for PTSD/trauma. We provide SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence based parent only program. Treatment is time limited (average 8-20 sessions dependent on needs). Treatment takes place in and outside of the office.
