As a seasoned board licensed psychotherapist, I have maintained a private practice in Colorado and New Mexico for twenty-five years. My work allows for your vulnerability to be transformed, utilizing solution-focused therapies; cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, hypnotherapy Jungian, somatic, wilderness and art therapies. I work with adolescents and adults, individually, as couples, families, in groups and in workshops. I also specialize in spirituality, wellness top to bottom, neurosciences, addictions, forensics. Please visit my site for additional information. Perhaps we are to do some work together.
"We are all at a unique stage in our development. Good therapy honors where we are in our awareness and willingness to grow, without judgment." Have you considered saying YES to what promotes deep stabilization of your emotions and thought processes? Less obligation, more living from your core self!
I am fan of the reclamation of natural curiosity, and those childhood areas of excitement. I've lived with indigenous cultures, and have extensive wilderness experience. I knew early on that I wanted to bring the beauty of nature to others, while simplicity of silence cultivates self-sufficiency.
