Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, or unresolved emotional pain and simply want a space where they can feel heard without judgment. I’m Kensley, though many clients call me Kens. I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach that helps clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels realistic and manageable.
