About
I am a client-centered, strengths-based therapist who brings sincerity and compassion to the process. I gained clinical experience working in Spokane Public Schools, where I developed my passion for working with children and adolescents. I also gained clinical experience working at Whitworth Marriage and Family Therapy Center where I mainly focused on College age individuals. I've discovered working within this age range is most rewarding when I can assist them in creating a healthier future. As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, & empathetic space for all my clients.
I specialize in children, adolescents, and college age individuals. Its easy for me to connect with these individuals and become passionate about my work with them! My style of therapy usually includes a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, with lots and lots of coping skills thrown in!
I understand choosing the right therapist can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to children. Relationship building is a top priority for me, especially in the beginning! I always want a strong relational base with clients. As a therapist I aim to make sure we will be the right fit. If we are, you'll have an ally committed to this journey with you.
