We can't wait to support you. We specialize in how to heal from anxiety, overthinking, trauma, and depression. At Kensho Psychotherapy Services, we see you.
Whether it's that feeling of overwhelm, anxiety, school struggles, loss, old baggage, or relationship challenges, we help you unpack the core issues and develop practical skills to navigate life. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. And yes, we accept insurance, offer virtual and in-person sessions, EMDR intensives, and work with both teens and adults.
If you are new to therapy, want to give it another try, or are even open to therapy intensives, this practice is for you. We specialize in EMDR, offer CBT, and provide EMDR intensives for high-achieving women, as well as person-centered approaches to healing. We always start where you are and build the best plan for you.
If anxiety, trauma, depression, impostor syndrome, or even uncertainty about what you're feeling is weighing on you, take a deep breath—we can help you figure it out. Give us a call at 347-868-7813.
We currently have virtual and in-person openings.
