Are you stuck in the same arguments, feeling disconnected, or unsure if your relationship can be repaired? At Kenosis Counseling, we specialize in working with couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict or distance. Using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, we help you slow down conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. You don’t have to keep feeling alone in your relationship. Change is possible.
Our work focuses on helping you understand the patterns that keep you stuck. We guide you in slowing down conflict, communicating more effectively, and responding to each other in new ways that build safety and connection. Therapy is structured, collaborative, and focused on creating meaningful change you can feel in your relationship.
Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re already hurting. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure what to do next, you’re not alone. When you’re ready, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity. You can also use our therapist match tool to find the right fit.

Groups
Group Couples Therapy
Our couples therapy group is designed to focus on conflict management and effective communication between couples. The group setting allows couples to work alongside other couples who face similar challenges in their relationship. Couples can start to feel less alone in their relationship struggles and explore new ways of connecting. Sessions are based on evidence-based techniques, break down communication barriers, learn your partner’s emotions, and allow partners to turn towards each other instead of away. One-hour program provides time to process with your loved one in a group setting.
