You’ll find our sessions together to be honest, insightful, challenging, and often humorous.
I see individuals, families, and couples in person in Berkeley and virtually throughout California. I meet people where they are, whether they are going through one of the toughest moments in their life or feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unable to find solid ground.
Much of my experience has been in higher levels of care, including psych hospitals, residential treatment, and school settings. I have supported clients with severe depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, and major life transitions. My work is shaped by music, creativity, humor, joy, self-expression, and recovery.
