As a skilled and experienced LCSW, Certified EMDR Therapist, Certified First Responder Counselor, and EMDR Consultant-in-training, I offer evidence-based therapy for clients and EMDR consultation for therapists. My passion is using the transformational benefits of EMDR Intensives with clients who are ready to live without troublesome clinical symptoms. I specialize in providing EMDR to first responders, people who have experienced trauma and other distressing life events, and those who are living with chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.
I assist clients in identifying and reaching their mental health goals so that they can live their best life. I provide supportive and empathetic services to the clients I serve. I also provide EMDR Consultation to assist providers in obtaining both the required hours for basic EMDR training and EMDR certification.
I am a results and goal-oriented therapist with a kind, empathetic, and direct style. I truly consider it a privilege and honor to work with my clients and assist them in accomplishing their goals.
