I work with clients ages 13 years and older who are seeking assistance in addressing a number of issues impacting the mental and behavioral health. This includes issues of anxiety, depression, marital, family, workplace issues, stress, including critical incident stress, as well as other issues. I recognize that it may not be easy to ask for help from a mental health professional. I strive to assist clients in achieving greater satisfaction with their overall mental health.
Counseling is a collaborative process where the client works with their therapist to address personal, emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. I primarily subscribe to a cognitive behavioral health approach in challenging and working with clients in helping them refocus and reframe distortions that may be interfering in them being their best.
