My specialty is treating the broad spectrum of anxiety disorders including: panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, blood draw/injection phobia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), tic disorders, and Tourette's Disorder. I use a cognitive-behavioral treatment approach that has shown the best treatment efficacy for each disorder listed above. For example, I would use "exposure-response prevention" for OCD , "habit reversal" for tics and Tourette's, and "Mastery of Your Anxiety and Panic" workbooks for panic disorder.
