I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Anger Management interventions to help you improve your daily functioning. Many of the clients I work with are experiencing relationship or career/work issues. I specialize in working with individuals who are feeling depressed, anxious or have been diagnosed with Bi Polar and/or Borderline Personality disorders. I also work with individuals who are dealing with addiction and sexual dysfunction.
