I will share my training in Anthropology, Systemic Psychology, Homeopathy, Aikido, Qigong, Forgiveness, Mindfulness and Coherent Breathing to enhance your personal and therapeutic skills, with sensitivity to individual needs. Stress Reduction & Forgiveness for Caregivers
For those experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and even resentment due to a lifetime caregiving commitment to a child or loved one, or because of difficult transitions being encountered with aging parents. This group will provide stress reduction and forgiveness techniques that will help participants experiencing these family and emotional challenges. This training has also helped benefit interactions with spouses and the rest of the nuclear family.
