I also have extensive experience working with college students, high school students and individuals on the autism spectrum. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a client-centered approach, specializing in young to middle aged adults, adolescents and individuals on the autism spectrum. I also incorporate techniques from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy and existential therapy inspired by Irvin Yalom.
I offer unconditional positive regard to all clients, creating a warm, welcoming, and safe space for them to open up. Although I support clients of all ages, my niche is working with the population aged 8-40 years old, offering them the opportunity to develop a safe and secure connection to ultimately improve their relationship with themselves.
