Most of my career has been spent working with adults from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds to address challenges related to low self-esteem, depression, anxiety/worry, anger, relationships, working through life transitions, and stressors.
I work with adults across the lifespan, from young adults transitioning from adolescence into adulthood, to middle adults redefining life priorities, and older adults negotiating chronic illness and making end-of-life decisions.
