I take a collaborative, nonjudgemental approach to mental health therapy that can help you develop the communication and coping skills needed to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD so you can recover and reach your full potential. Together we’ll work to resolve relationship conflicts, improve your self-esteem and manage unhealthy reactions or anger issues. I’ll teach you evidence-based techniques to deal with stress, sadness and fear, and help you not only control but understand your emotions.
We'll connect via telehealth so you don't have to worry about getting to an office and can stay where you're most comfortable. We'll start with an assessment where I develop an understanding of your goals, learn what challenges you face then create an effective treatment plan tailored to your needs. Weekly meetings are about 45 minutes.
I know how difficult it is to live with a mental health challenge and bring empathy and compassion into my treatment. I use a person-centered approach and strength-based methodology to help you find lasting recovery. You can consider me a trusted ally in your mental health journey.
