About
While the impact of the pandemic has changed daily life and challenged us in previously unimagined ways it has also shone a helpful spotlight on the importance of good mental health. As a counselor whose work is rooted in cognitive-behavioral techniques, solution focused treatment and a mindful approach I believe therapy can be a powerful tool to develop insight into our suffering, learn valuable coping methods and foster a perspective conducive to a happy and healthy life. I'm hopeful that together we can work to navigate the difficulties you face in a collaborative and thoughtful way.
In addition to nearly ten years in private practice my work in college counseling, hospital settings and community mental health centers has helped to hone my experience treating a broad variety of issues across all demographics. I work to compassionately meet you where you are at while challenging you to consider new tools and perspectives when helpful.
I offer in-person appointments Tuesday-Saturday at my Downtown Crossing location in Boston or virtually via phone or secure video. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and help bring about greater insight, direction and peace of mind.
