I use person-centered therapy to first establish rapport and provide a safe environment for my clients. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. These approaches are hands-on and give you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors.
