I work with adults navigating difficult family dynamics, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem struggles. Your emotional experiences today are often shaped by your upbringing and relational history. I specialize in supporting adults facing depression, anxiety, anger management, loneliness, self-care difficulties, and histories of trauma and abuse. I also work with adolescents who are experiencing emotional difficulties. They may be acting out feelings of irritability, finding it hard to communicate with parents, or withdrawing from social situations. My task is to provide a relationship and a model for their development as they learn how to express their emotions.
Lastly, I have extensive experience in working with Asian and Asian-American folks who are burdened by history of immigration, cultural family dynamics, and identity.
