Hello and welcome. I’m Kenny, and I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward a life with less chaos and more peace. I’m in my fifth year of counseling and find this work deeply meaningful. My background includes focused training in addiction, recovery, and Christian counseling through Liberty University, and I bring both professional skills and real-life experience to our time together.
I’m open to working with many types of clients, and I have a special place in my heart for first responders, military members, veterans, and their families.
As a combat veteran in long-term recovery from substance use and trauma symptoms, I understand what it’s like to carry heavy experiences and still show up every day. In our sessions, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, drawing on both practical tools and, if you’d like, a Christian perspective to support your healing.
