I typically work best with clients that have a high degree of self-agency and are in a career building or sustaining phase of life. I enjoy working with clients that enjoy a challenge from their therapist to grow and improve from visit to visit.
I am able to work with clients from adolescence through elder adulthood with issues ranging from anxiety/depression to relationship and work related issues. I have additional training in Latino Mental Health, working with ethnic minority, and LGBTQ issues.
